Easy To Use
The semi-automatic operation is simple and effective. A pre-cut sheet of polypropylene wrapping material is placed on the manual platform. The case is simply placed on the pre-cut sheet and the operator closes the cover, which tensions the wrapping and makes the first heat-seal. The case is then placed into the hopper for the second fold and seal operation, which is fully automatic. The result is a professionally folded and sealed CD case.
The sealing temperature is electronically controlled and can be set to the desired value. An electronic security system stops the machine operating in the case of incorrect usage.
The result is a professionally folded and sealed CD case suitable for even the best retail presentations and all this for a fraction of the cost of outsourcing.
The wrapping material are supplied in boxes of 10,000 sheets.

VS4000X Option: The VS4000X has been designed to increase the throughput of the VS4000 to produce a capacity of wrapping 500 cases per hour. This small table top unit enables an extra operator to complete the first stage.
The operator simply places the jewel case onto the pre-cut sheet, closes the cover, which automatically tensions the wrapper and makes the first weld. The operator then drops the jewel case into the hopper of the main VS4000 wrapper for it to complete the operation.
With the combination of the VS4000 and the VS4000X operators can achieve a throughput of over 500 jewel cases per hour.
The VS4000-sl for wrapping slim-line CD cases
The VS4000-sl is a version of the VS4000 designed specifically for slim line jewel cases with a throughput of up to 250 per hour.
