Checklist to have CDs replicated

  • 1. Complete the ORDER FORM & fax it to 818-709-3503, or if sending a check, mail it to:

  • 2. Provide credit card information or arrange other mutally agreeable financial arrangements
  • 3. Obtain ship-to instructions for  materials (CD masters, film, etc), maybe different than above as we have two plants.
  • 4. Supply mastered CD-R, DVD-R or DLT and track sheet if audio CD
  • 5. Supply electronic files or film for printing on CD or DVD
  • 6. Supply electronic files or film for printing inserts or packaging or printed  material
  • 7. Review specifications to make sure you comply and check master disc very carefully.
